Vig, a digital transformation and analytics enthusiast, joins in as the Business Head at GCA. He brings over 16 years of experience in building solutions at the cusp of business and technology. Having started his career as a developer, he went on to lead a large number of technology consulting projects. He worked with various industries including banking, insurance, manufacturing and CPG across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and India. Prior to joining GCA, he founded a travel tech start-up between 2014-17. Vig led Mosaik Analytics as the COO between 2017-21 and was instrumental in their growth because of his skills in strategy execution, team building and technology innovation. He holds an MBA from The University of Warwick, U.K. and likes to travel a lot, and reads at least two books a month.

Trupti, a Materials engineer with a vision to develop new materials and solutions that can enable sustainable environmental compatibility, joins in as Innovations Catalyst at GCA. Prior to the role, she co-founded KI Labs LLP. She was also a Project Associate at Indian Institute of Science, Design Engineer and Project Engineer. Trupti successfully developed a piezoelectric composite actuator for MAV applications and also lightweight composite materials for military grade camera enclosures. She has published research papers in peer reviewed journals on micromechanical modeling of damage development in polymer composites and was nominated in the “Most Innovative Category” for Beyond Plastic Award 2021. She holds an MSc in Advanced Materials from Cranfield University, U.K. and is a creative soul who loves to dabble in different art forms.

Ashwin joins in as a Supply Chain Head. He comes with 8+ years of experience across Supply Chain, Entrepreneurship, Consulting & Corporate Training where he has trained more than 1000+ professionals in the IT sector. Prior to his present role he set up his own firm called ORIS PRO, which provided end-to-end procurement of industrial goods to various manufacturing plants. Ashwin also worked as an Assistant Manager at SPNG Group for Vendor Development and Procurement, and single-handedly implemented a system to improve the process of the entire procurement life cycle by 60%. He has worked with other industries like sugar, steel and dairy firms and holds an MBA from IIM-Kashipur.

Manjushree started her professional career in Audit and found her true passion in Impact Investment through her volunteering stints. She currently heads Impact Investment at GCA. Her role entails ensuring that the most impactful compostable packaging businesses receive the funding they deserve. Prior to this role she was an IDEX Fellow and worked at Deloitte. Manju also worked with minority communities to find alternate employment opportunities for them – ensuring her work always brings in a difference. She has cleared two levels of Chartered Accountancy exam, holds a BCom degree and has a certificate in Social Entrepreneurship as well. She is a big fan of Calvin and Hobbes.

Rakshitha, a dynamic and organized individual who has combined her skills in leadership and management joins in as the Project Management Associate at GCA. Her responsibility involves implementing a full circle approach to Project Management. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and began her journey as a young entrepreneur at the age of 19 by establishing an e-commerce brand. Prior to joining GCA, she worked across the marketing domain and developed her creative skills. Rakshitha is currently pursuing her PMI certification course and when she’s not working you’ll find her travel blogging.
